What homeowners say
4.9 Sample rating
5 out of 5 stars
Filled in the form one evening and had a text back within minutes. The tech came the next morning, found a failed capacitor and had the AC running in under an hour.

Another company told us we needed a whole new system. These folks found a clogged drain line and a dirty coil, cleaned both and it has cooled fine ever since.
Greg S., Winter HavenOctober 2026. Sample review 5 out of 5 stars
Our heat pump blew cold air on the one freezing night of the year. They came out that evening, told us the after-hours price on the phone and had the heat back on before bed.

What you get on every visit
The same plain rules whether the fix is a small part or a whole new system.
- AC, heat pump and furnace repair
- Service call price before we come out
- Written price before any repair
- Repair and replacement side by side
- Tune-ups twice a year on a plan
How a visit works
From your call to the system running again, in this order every time.
Book a service call
Call, text or use the form and tell us what the system is doing. You get a time and the service call price before anyone drives out, and on a hot day with no cooling we try for the same day.
The tech finds the cause
We test the whole system, indoor and outdoor, not only the part you noticed. You hear what failed in plain words, and you can see the part or the reading that shows it.
You get a written price
The repair price is in writing before any work starts. When the system is old enough that replacing it makes sense, you get both prices on the same page and decide for yourself.
We fix it and run it
The repair gets done, the system runs through a full cycle and the tech checks the temperature at the vents before leaving, so you know it works before we go.

Questions homeowners ask
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us during your service call.
Which towns do you cover?
Lakeland, Winter Haven and Plant City, plus the nearby parts of Polk County and eastern Hillsborough County. If you are not sure your street is in range, put the address in the form and we confirm before booking.
How much is a service call?
You get the service call price when you book, before anyone comes out. If you go ahead with the repair we quote, ask whether the service call is credited toward it and we will tell you exactly how it works for that visit.
Do you charge more for nights and weekends?
After-hours and weekend visits cost more than a weekday visit, and you hear the rate on the phone before you book. If the problem can safely wait until the morning, we say so.
Do you need a permit to replace my air conditioner?
Yes. Florida requires a permit to replace heating and cooling equipment, and the city or county building department inspects the work. We pull the permit with whichever office covers your address, whether that is Lakeland, Winter Haven, Plant City or the county.
How often should my system be serviced in Central Florida?
Air conditioners here run most of the year, so a cooling tune-up every spring is the one to keep. A heat pump also does your heating, so a second check in the fall, before the first cold front, is worth it.
Do you offer financing on a new system?
Yes. Ask about monthly payment options when we give you the written quote for a new system.
