Our work in photos

Systems we repair, service and replace around Polk County and eastern Hillsborough, with a line on what to look for in each.

  • Exposed ductwork and a supply vent on a dark ceiling

  • Gloved hands servicing the controls of a gas heating unit

What each system needs

Each one fails in its own way, so each is inspected and priced in its own way.

  • Central air conditioner

The most common cooling system on newer homes. Watch for warm air at the vents, ice on the copper lines or water by the indoor unit.

  • Gas furnace

Most no-heat calls come down to one part: an igniter, a flame sensor or a clogged filter, not the whole furnace.

  • Heat pump

One outdoor unit heats and cools. The coils, the refrigerant charge and the defrost controls are the parts that need checking.
